Philosophy 

    Central Baptist Academy is not a Christian school because it is located in a church or because it hires Christian teachers. It is not Christian because of its students. The key to any educational institution being a Christian school lies in the philosophy which governs all that it does. Central Baptist Academy is a Christian school because its philosophy of education is based on the Word of God.
   We reject the humanistic, man centered world view, and believe that God is the author and originator of all truth. He is supreme authority. Therefore, all of life must be viewed through His eyes, including education. Each subject taught at CBA has the Bible as its foundation. All counsel given or discipline administered is based on Biblical principles.

   Our philosophy is what makes us a Christian school. This is what determines our character. "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge." Proverbs 1:7
